Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for Experienced & Mature Candidate to join us as Team Support Executive :
Job Expectation :
- Overlook & supervise the warehouse & service centre team
- HR support (leave application, discipline, attendance, SOP compliance)
- Workplace safety & Health compliance
- Ensure environmental neatness & cleanliness
- Handle all incoming faults or technical call
- Prepare quotation for customers after fault diagnosis
- Liaise with forwarder on shipment issue, inventory, month-end stock take
- Follow up and work closely with other stakeholders in the operations team
- General administration including filing, data entry and document management
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as per assigned
Requirements :
Min Nitec / Diploma in Communication / people managementAt least 2-3 years relevant working experienceMust be a multi-tasker,Full of initiative, independent without much supervisionComputer literate in MS office, outlookMust be comfortable to work in workshop / service centre environmentThose who can start immediately will be preferredIf the position fits your search, kindly send in your detailed resume to us.
