Job responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service to clients at all times
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of sales
• Provide personalized styling advice and curated product recommendations to enhance the client’s overall look and shopping experience
• Build and maintain strong customers relationships with clients
• Communicate product benefits, care instructions, and brand storytelling to elevate the client experience

Requirement

• Candidates with retail experience in luxury fashion, watches or jewellery will be an advantage
• Strong passion for luxury, fashion and craftsmanship
• Service oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, mature and good team player
