Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Associate, Investments (Large Family Office)

Our client is a family office headquartered in Singapore with businesses across diverse sectors. This is a high visibility role providing direct support to portfolio company leaders. You will combine rigorous financial analysis with commercial insight to drive strategic projects, operational improvements, and capital allocation decisions in a hands on role.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with portfolio management to evaluate performance, build financial models, and refine strategy
Lead the execution of strategic initiatives such as market entry, operational improvement, and business restructuring
Act as a liaison between Group leadership and operating companies, ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment
Deliver financial and market analysis to inform decision-making and identify value creation levers
Prepare board-level presentations and performance dashboards, presenting complex insights in a clear, persuasive way

Key Requirements :

Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in management consulting, investment banking, M&A, corporate development, or private equity operations

Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise (must be comfortable owning and defending the numbers)

Highly intelligent, analytical, and commercially sharp with the ability to connect data to business outcomes

Well spoken and confident communicator, able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across geographies

Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive

Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and deliver at pace
