The Assistant Manager Satellite Hubs drives, formulates, plans, designs and review the objectives, programmes and operations of the Community and Satellite Hubs within the Cluster to suit the needs of clients and provides leadership oversight on the execution of these programmes. He / She manages the risk and quality of the programmes, monitors programme expenses to ensure they are within the budget and reviews information pertaining to the operations of the Satellite Hubs within the Cluster. He / She also collaborates with the community partners and volunteers to develop community engagement and outreach plans that would engage and benefit both clients and the community.
Operational Management
- Develop schedules and programmes to suit client needs
- Manage and supervise the Satellite Hub (SH) operations in pursuance to MINDS' overall vision and objectives.
- Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients.
- Implement, review and evaluate work processes to ensure smooth running of the SH's operations.
- Improve on the system to document and track progress of clients, programmes and services for purpose of improving in the MH achieve its intended KPIs (in alignment with internal and / external stakeholders) with high standard of corporate governance. This is with regards to outreach to unique clients and caregivers and referral to specific service with MINDS (i.e. Diagnostic & Assessment Service, etc)
Leadership Management
Lead, guide, mentor and supervise the SH staff team & mentor the staff at other Community Hub.Manage the engagement, development, training and performance appraisal of the SH team.Provide direction in volunteer management and deployment strategy to meet the objective(s) of SH.Financial Management
With the support of Senior Manager (Outreach & Engagement) & Manager (Outreach & Engagement) to lead the budget planning and execution within the SH, i.e. EOM and OOE.Resource Management
Connect, consult and collaborate with relevant MINDS service units and departments to achieve desired outcome for clients and caregivers.Develop and Drive Community Integration and Inclusion
Develop / establish & maintain professional or social networks with the community leverage on community resources and volunteers to meet the various need of the programmes in the SH>Connect, consult and collaborate with relevant community partners and be a catalyst for action in raising disability awareness and inclusion in the relevant boundary where SH operations.Others
Implement, review and evaluate impact on service users, identify and analyse trends and needs in disability service development. Share and community findings in relevant internal and or external platform(s) to ensure relevance in service / sector and improvement.Manage communications with and feedback from stakeholder.Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline e.g. Special Education, Disability Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy.Other Information
