Job description

Duties and Responsibilities includes :

  • Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
  • Maintain excellent guest services through standardized operations
  • Support operations with staff movement - rostering, leave managment, etc
  • Assist with schedule / reschedule of appointment for guests
  • Managing guests expectations and attend to enquiries;
  • Promote & sell products and encourage pre-booking of future appointments;
  • Recommend various services to ease cross-service booking;
  • Confirm appointments daily to ensure services slots are filled;
  • Informing team members of daily schedules and / or any adjustments;
  • Resolving guests feedback and complaints
  • Supporting Service staff when required;
  • Responsibility for accuracy in opening and closing of daily POS sales
  • Support and manage Inventory and ensure processes (paperwork) is maintained
  • Maintain complete tidiness and cleanliness of the salon
  • Upkeep prime maintenance of hair equipment
  • Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required
