Job description
Duties and Responsibilities includes :
Able to commit on weekends and public holidays
Maintain excellent guest services through standardized operations
Support operations with staff movement - rostering, leave managment, etc
Assist with schedule / reschedule of appointment for guests
Managing guests expectations and attend to enquiries;
Promote & sell products and encourage pre-booking of future appointments;
Recommend various services to ease cross-service booking;
Confirm appointments daily to ensure services slots are filled;
Informing team members of daily schedules and / or any adjustments;
Resolving guests feedback and complaints
Supporting Service staff when required;
Responsibility for accuracy in opening and closing of daily POS sales
Support and manage Inventory and ensure processes (paperwork) is maintained
Maintain complete tidiness and cleanliness of the salon
Upkeep prime maintenance of hair equipment
Assist with other duties within the Salon scope of work when required
