Accounts Executive (Full Set) Construction MNC

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a MNC company in the Construction industry . Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Accounts Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East– easily accessible.

Job Responsibilities :

• Handle daily accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial records.
• Track and allocate project costs for labour, materials, and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress billings, client invoices, and payment claims.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Manage month-end closing, vendor payments, and petty cash reconciliations.
• Support audits, taxation, GST compliance, and financial forecasting.
• Assist in ad-hoc accounting and project-related tasks as assigned.
