Job Descriptions
- Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.
- Manage a portfolio of companies. Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
- Assist with company incorporation / striking off.
- Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
- Customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring).
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or othersPreferably with at least 4-5 years of corporate secretarial experience in established corporate secretarial firmsGood command of written and spoken EnglishDetailed oriented and able to work well under pressureSelf-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervisionProficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.Positive working attitude with strong initiative and a team playerBenefits
