ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Vending Machine Technician plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of collectible vending machines across Singapore. The role includes island-wide restocking, light servicing, and ensuring that vending machines present a positive and functional experience for customers.

This is a physically active, mobile job suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, driving, and maintaining a regular routine. Uniform and training will be provided.

This posting is open to Singaporeans / PR only.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily Servicing and Restocking

Drive company vehicle to assigned routes island-wide

Load and restock vending machines with collectibles

Ensure product display is neat and aligned with visual standards

2. Basic Maintenance

Perform light maintenance and troubleshooting of vending machines (training will be provided)

Report any machine issues to supervisor and follow up on resolution

3. Customer Interaction

Serve as a friendly brand representative at vending sites

Handle basic enquiries from members of the public when necessary

4. Logistics Support

Coordinate with warehouse team for daily stock collection

Update team with inventory movement and issues via WhatsApp or daily logs

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Skills

Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (manual or automatic accepted)

Minimum Secondary School education

Physically fit (must be able to handle boxes weighing up to 15kg)

Comfortable working independently on a fixed route

Able to read and communicate in basic English

Personal Qualities

Problem solver who is able to work independently and demonstrate initiative

Reliable and punctual

Neat, well-organised and takes pride in their work

Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented

Able to follow standard operating procedures

Willing to learn and able to troubleshoot simple issues on-site

Responsible driver who follows road safety guidelines

WORKING HOURS

5-day work week : Tuesday to Saturday, 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm (1hr lunch)

May be required to work the occasional weekend and overtime
