Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM functionalities aligned with business processes.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of CRM applications.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to team members on CRM development best practices.
• Participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CRM technologies.
