Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute communications campaigns for programmes, initiatives, innovations, and people, including social media content.
- Develop and implement staff engagement initiatives to strengthen organisational culture.
- Provide strategic communications advice, including branding and editorial support to internal teams.
- Contribute to crisis communications planning and participate in emergency preparedness exercises.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.Minimum 3 years’ experience in communications, with a proven track record managing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of communication channels and tools, including social media platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creative, meticulous, and results-driven.Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic workplace.Why Join
