A leading international retail eyewear brand is hiring Optometrists in Singapore. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, and want to represent a leading global eyewear brand who is known for their outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience, providing professional advice on their products, and contributing to the brand’s overall performance.
No Experience Needed – Full Training Provided!
Responsibilities
- Perform refraction tests and provide dispensing services.
- Provide contact lens services, including fitting, dispensing, aftercare, and managing complications.
- Offer professional advice to customers on spectacles, frames, and related products.
- Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain store operations, including stock management and SOP compliance.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and support overall store sales performance.
- Handle cashiering duties and assist with in-store transactions.
- Keep current with product knowledge and industry practices.
Requirements
Diploma, or Degree in Optometry or equivalent.Registered or eligible for registration with the Optometrists and Opticians Board (OOB).Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a retail setting.Retail experience preferred, but training will be provided.Good command of spoken English.Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable serving their esteemed customers for prolonged periods.Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster.What’s In It For You
