About the Role

Join us in creating meaningful connections and fostering a vibrant volunteer community! We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive to drive our staff and volunteer engagement programmes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape employee and volunteer experiences and build impactful volunteer partnerships that make a difference. Working within our HR team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing engagement strategies that enhance workplace satisfaction while managing our growing volunteer community.

Key Responsibilities

Volunteer Engagement

  • Develop and implement volunteer recruitment, training, and retention strategies
  • Coordinate volunteer programmes and maintain volunteer database
  • Build and nurture relationships with volunteers and community partners
  • Design and deliver volunteer orientation and training programmes
  • Monitor volunteer satisfaction and programme effectiveness
  • Organise volunteer appreciation events and recognition initiatives

Staff Engagement

  • Support implementation of staff engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace and giving culture (through volunteerism)
  • Coordinate and manage employee wellness and engagement activities
  • Analyse feedback and engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Support internal communications and change management initiatives
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Work, Marketing, Hospitality or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in volunteer management, customer service or marketing or related fields
  • Strong project management, presentation and event coordination skills
  • Proficient in digital communication tools, volunteer management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups.
