Job descriptionAssessing patients’ condition and implement nursing care plan. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Monitor vital signs and other patient indicators. Provide hands-on care, including assistance with bathing, wound care, and other daily needs. Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, other nurses, and ancillary staff. Any other ad doc duties as assigned. Possess a Diploma in Nursing with a valid registration with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
