Roles & Responsibilities
Role Purpose
To support SBSA in the effective management and administration of its Pathway Development programmes. This includes mass participation events (e.g. SBSA leagues), age-group initiatives (e.g. the SBSA Academy), and coaches / officials’ development (e.g clinic and seminars). The role is primarily desk-based and requires strong administrative, financial, and compliance skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and management of Event Management Statements (EMS) — including pre-event budgeting, tracking all income and expenditure during the programme, and reconciling accounts post-event.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting of pathway events in compliance with SBSA, SportSG, and Charities Unit requirements.
- Work with the Treasurer, Accounts Department, and GM to ensure grants, donations, and sponsorships are tracked, reconciled, and reported correctly.
- Assist in planning, implementation, and administration of SBSA pathway programmes.
- Coordinate with schools, academies, coaches, and officials for programme delivery.
- Serve as onsite coordinator at selected events when required.
- Support membership growth by reviewing and developing SBSA’s affiliation / associate schemes.
- Prepare reports and documentation, including the Pathway Development Multi-Year Sports Plan.

Qualifications and Requirements
Degree or relevant diploma.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); IT-savvy.Strong written and spoken English.Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.Strong numeracy and financial skills; able to prepare and reconcile accounts, budgets, and reports.(Preferred) Experience in financial administration, accounting software, or audit-compliance environments.Willingness to work on weekends and across multiple sites (SBSA HQ – Kallang, Jurong facilities, and event venues).Tell employers what skills you have
