The Role
You’ll be responsible for driving new business and account expansion across APAC, selling high‑value post‑trade solutions to capital markets participants. This means : Owning the full sales cycle – from prospecting and presentations to contract negotiation. Building long‑term relationships with banks, custodians, asset managers, and infrastructure providers. Understanding client workflows across the trade lifecycle – and advising how automation, data, and control can transform efficiency and compliance. Collaborating closely with Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams to refine GTM strategy. What You’ll Bring
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in FinTech, post‑trade, or capital markets software. Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management – matching, reconciliation, collateral, or settlement workflows. Proven success in selling to Tier 1 / Tier 2 financial institutions across the region. Excellent communication and negotiation skills – credible at C‑level. A mix of hunter drive and strategic partnership mindset – you know when to close fast and when to build for the long term.
