We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business. This role focuses on candidate sourcing, screening, and placement delivery , ensuring clients receive the right talent efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with senior consultants and account managers to support ongoing client requirements across multiple industries.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end candidate delivery process – from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting to coordinating final placement.
• Source active and passive candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals .
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality and fit.
• Maintain and update the candidate database / ATS to ensure accurate records of talent pipelines.
• Work closely with the business development and account management team to understand client requirements and provide suitable candidates.
• Support consultants in preparing candidate profiles, resumes, and interview arrangements .
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and career support .
• Assist in achieving team targets and KPIs for successful placements and service delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
