Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced project environment right here in Singapore? We're seeking a dedicated Project Site Administrator to join our growing team!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys supporting daily operations and being an integral part of a project's success. You don't need to be an IT guru – we're looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us!

What You'll Do

• Office Management : Be the go-to person for our project site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• New Joiner Onboarding Support : Help set up PC desktops for new team members, ensuring they have the basic tools they need to get started. Don't worry, we'll guide you through this!
• Document Control : Assist with organizing, filing, and managing important project documents and records.
• Payment Claims : Process and track payment claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission (training will be provided!).
• Coordination : Support the project team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling and general coordination.
• Communication : Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
