📍 Location : Toa Payoh

Join a professional team that specializes in enterprise-level security systems, surveillance, access control, and technical consulting. We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Security Coordinator to help drive our commitment to site safety and operational excellence.

💼 Position Details :

📌 Job Title : Security Coordinator

💰 Salary : $3,000 – $4,000++ (based on experience)

🕒 Working Hours :

• Monday to Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
• Saturday : 8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

🗓 Monthly Off Days : 6 Days

🔧 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Ensure compliance with site safety plans, regulations, contractual obligations, and safety guidelines

✅ Maintain strong knowledge of Layton Level 1 Practices and the "One HSE Culture" framework

✅ Assist in developing CMS / CRA / JHA and ensure supervisors understand and implement the project JHA

✅ Organize and oversee work activities to align with approved safety standards and risk control measures

✅ Conduct supervisor kick-off meetings and lead site control briefings to communicate Level 1 risks

✅ Perform daily site inspections, identify hazards, report findings, and follow up on corrective actions

✅ Ensure proper risk assessments are done for high-risk activities under the PTW (Permit to Work) process

✅ Participate in the Emergency Response Team as needed and promptly report incidents and near-misses

✅ Attend monthly Project Safety Management Committee meetings to review and improve site safety
