- Supported the Program Management Lead in delivering end-to-end Early Careers initiatives, including onboarding, development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding.
- Coordinated logistics for program events such as networking sessions, workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.
- Managed program communications, maintained records, tracked attendance, gathered feedback, and prepared reports on key metrics for leadership.
- Collaborated with recruiters, managers, HR teams, and other stakeholders to align on timelines, deliverables, and participant needs.
- Contributed to employer branding and engagement through social media, campus activities, and internal communications, while identifying opportunities to enhance processes and participant experience.
