Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead client organization through a significant workplace transformation involving office relocation, consolidation, and the adoption of flexible working practices including hot-desking and activity-based working (ABW).

Key Responsibilities :

Change Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategy for workplace transformation
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations
  • Create detailed change roadmaps with clear milestones and success metrics

Communication & Engagement

  • Design and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns to build awareness and buy-in
  • Facilitate town halls, workshops, and feedback sessions across all organizational levels
  • Develop change champion networks to cascade messaging throughout the business

    • Training & Support

  • Create and implement training programs for new working styles and technologies
  • Develop user guides and resources for hot-desking and ABW environments
  • Establish support mechanisms for employees adapting to new ways of working

    • Resistance Management

  • Identify potential sources of resistance and develop targeted mitigation strategies
  • Provide coaching and support to managers leading teams through transition
  • Monitor employee sentiment and adjust change approach accordingly

    • Requirements :

  • Proven track record in organizational change management
  • Experience with workplace / office transformations preferred
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Change management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar) advantageous
  • Ability to work independently within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
