Roles & Responsibilities

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Conduct site visits, assess feasibility, and propose suitable solar solutions.
Design Rooftop & Ground Mounted PV systems, including layouts, SLDs, schematics, and BOQ preparation.
Perform system sizing calculations and use PV simulation software (e.g., PVsyst) for performance analysis.
Prepare and submit design documents for approvals while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to align designs with project requirements.
Oversee scheduling, factory inspections, and project execution, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Review and update design files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with installation, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide service support as needed.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the reporting officer.

Qualifications & Experiences :

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

2 years of relevant working experiences or 1-year Solar PV experience (Fresh graduate for Junior position is welcome to apply)

Has knowledge in electrical design concepts

Ability to quickly read and understand construction plans and schematics diagrams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autocad and construction software.

Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment, communicate concisely to all levels of the organization, and maintain effectiveness while working autonomously or collaboratively.

Ability to multi-task and manage deliverables for multiple projects at a time
