Our client, Talent Top Management and Consulting Pte. Limited, is a Singapore-based company specialising in ship building, vessel repair, and ship management services.

They are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join their team in supporting marine electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment on marine vessels, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Manage and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance on complex electrical tasks and fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop innovative electrical solutions that enhance vessel performance.
• Ensure all electrical work is documented accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in marine electrical systems, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
