Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as the main liaison for clients and designers, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
• Lead assigned projects, coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams on schedules, budgets, and plans.
• Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Work with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials / services.
• Manage scope changes, identify potential issues, and implement contingency plans.
• Ensure all required approvals are secured before work starts.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Oversee site operations, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
