Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main liaison for clients and designers, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
- Lead assigned projects, coordinating with design, procurement, and project teams on schedules, budgets, and plans.
- Track progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials / services.
- Manage scope changes, identify potential issues, and implement contingency plans.
- Ensure all required approvals are secured before work starts.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee site operations, coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate project records and reports.
Requirements :
At least Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Construction, or relevant disciplines.Minimum 3 years of local experience in commercial / bungalow house or space-related projects.Good project management and site co-ordination skills.Tell employers what skills you have
