Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our beverage business operations. The role involves overseeing daily operations, supply chain, sales performance, and marketing initiatives. The General Manager will develop and execute business strategies to drive brand growth, improve distribution efficiency, and ensure product quality. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, expanding market presence, and ensuring full compliance with food and safety regulations. The role requires close coordination with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Food & Beverage Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the beverage or FMCG industry
• Strong leadership and business development skills
• In-depth understanding of beverage production, sales, and supply chain operations
• Familiar with local food safety and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Proficient in business software and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP)
