Work Location : West Singapore (West Coast / Hillview / Clementi area)

Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations of the outlet
- Supervise front-of-house team and ensure excellent customer service
- Assist to train new staff and maintain SOP standards
- Handle cashiering, closing reports and daily sales reconciliation
- Manage reservations, customer feedback and seating flow
- Support inventory management, stock check and ordering
- Ensure hygiene standards and safe practices are upheld
- Lead shift operations independently when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in F&B operations, preferably Chinese cuisinePrior supervisory or assistant manager experience preferredStrong leadership and team management skillsAble to work weekends and shift hoursPositive attitude, reliable and enjoys serving customersAble to communicate well (English / Mandarin a plus for Chinese food environment)Benefits
