Responsibilities
- Plan and execute mall-wide promotional campaigns and shopper engagement activities to increase traffic and sales.
- Manage and grow the mall’s loyalty programme, including recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Design and implement exclusive loyalty rewards, promotions, and member events to encourage repeat visits.
- Coordinate seasonal activations, festive campaigns, and lifestyle events with tenants and partners.
- Oversee marketing and leasing of advertising panels and event spaces, ensuring compliance and maximising returns.
- Analyse campaign and loyalty data to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Manage budgets, reports, and administrative processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, promotions, or loyalty programme management.Strong project and stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of successful campaigns.Creative and data-driven, with the ability to turn shopper insights into effective marketing strategies.Please submit your updated resume in Word format by using the Apply Now Button.
