About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Cleaning Personnel Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who not only takes pride in doing cleaning work personally, but also has the leadership skills to guide and support a team of cleaners across different job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform home cleaning tasks personally to maintain high standards.
- Supervise and manage a team of cleaners, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Fetch and transport cleaning equipment and staff to various job sites as required.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new cleaners to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Operate heavy cleaning machinery (e.g., floor polishers, industrial vacuums, etc.) safely and effectively.
Requirements
Prior experience in cleaning (home, office, or industrial) is an advantage.Strong leadership and supervisory skills.Valid driving license Class 3 (to transport cleaners and equipment).Willingness to be hands-on in cleaning tasks.Ability to operate or learn to operate heavy cleaning equipment.Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.Tell employers what skills you have
