Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- To conduct audit & ensure that staff / supervisor adhere to company's SOP
- To maintain good relationship with the stall tenant
- To review and feedback on servicing carried out by vendors
- To conduct weekly check on cleanliness of the coffee shop
- To manage coffee shops in a designated region
- To conduct exit interview
