We are looking for a senior engineer in the OSAT die bank department to oversee and establish processes and procedures for the improvement and control of the quality of products.

In your new role you will

• To establish a system in developing, sustenance and improvement of process capability indices to exceed / meet operational goals.
• Maintain and support day-to-day operation activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
• Drive productivity improvement through process optimization using quality improvements tools.
• Establish work procedures, corrective & preventive actions, and maintain documentation.
• Proactively work with suppliers to identify improvement opportunities, controls and continually improve quality level.
• Establish, maintain and report quality related KPIs on a periodic basis.
• Perform any other ad hoc assignment & duties by superior.
