Job descriptionMinimum a Diploma, in any field of study. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. Strong language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking personnel. Meticulous and able to multi-task well. Liaise and coordinate with Ops department. Register and set up new jobs. Translate and draft quotations for Clients. Ensure Job Orders are accurately created. Track job progress to ensure deadlines are met. Prepare and draft invoices. Provide updates on job status. Maintain and update daily reports. Organise and manage files in folders. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management.
