Deputy Maintenance Manager

JobResponsibilities :

• Responsible for overall facility and various systemsmaintenance.
• Support other functional groupsin meeting project milestones, managing costs, quality,certification, and documentation.
• Performroutine maintenance and updates on machinery and equipment toensure continuity of construction activities in a safemanner.
• Onsite diagnosis and troubleshootingof mechanical, electrical and software issues.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams toschedule maintenance activities.
• Maintainaccurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations andstandards.
• Manage spare parts inventory andorder necessary replacements.
• Develop andfollow maintenance procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with Chinese and local vendors andcontractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery andequipment function correctly.
• Analyseequipment performance data and suggest improvements.
• Install new equipment and systems as needed.
• Perform such duties as may from time to time be assignedto you by or under the authority of the company, and comply withall resolutions, regulations, and directives made by or under theauthority of thecompany.
