Roles & Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

Provide technical leadership and expertise in the design, development, and implementation of innovative mechanical engineering solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex engineering challenges
Develop and oversee the execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Mentor and train junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Analyse data, interpret findings, and provide recommendations to drive process improvements and optimisation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements, and apply this knowledge to enhance our capabilities

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the semiconductor or related product manufacturing industry

Strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, with a deep understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, and quality control

Proficient in project management, with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and deliver results under tight deadlines

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
