Job description

Overall execution and completion of the

project

  • Prepare and monitor the Master and

Short-term Construction Programmes of the

project

  • Appraise the suitability of the

    • construction techniques and method statements

    Carry out simple design calculations

  • Monitor

    • the day-to-day operations of the project

    Supervision and monitoring of the project's

    progress

  • Solve technical problems

    • encountered

  • Corresponding with Client,

    • Consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations of the

    project

  • Ensure that all construction are done

    • according to the specific drawings, certification and

    quality

  • Co-ordination of subcontractors for

    • all the projects

  • Overseeing the implementation

    • of the Project Quality Plan

  • Ensuring the

    • implementation of safety regulations and good housekeeping practice

    at site

  • Process and finalisation of

    • claims
