Requirements for this role : - Looking for candidates available to work : - Mon morning - Mon afternoon - Mon evening - Tue morning - Tue afternoon - Tue evening - Wed morning - Wed afternoon - Wed evening - Thu morning - Thu afternoon - Thu evening - Fri morning - Fri afternoon - Fri evening - Sat morning - Sat afternoon - Sat evening - Expected salary : $2,300 - $2,500 per month Responsibilities include : - Following instructions from your immediate superior. - Handling day-to-day operations in customer order entries and delivery arrangements to customers. - Assisting with loading and unloading drums incoming from Malaysia trucks or from the warehouse to load for delivery to customers when short of manpower. - Liaising with suppliers and the transportation team on delivery plans. - Monitoring and ordering supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels. - Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities. - Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy. - Maintaining inventory records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation. - Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. - Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds. - Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers. - Loading and unloading steel drums from trucks, trailers, and the warehouse when required. - Working night shifts from the 16th to the end of the month, rotating with another Assistant Logistic Supervisor. - Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry
