Job description

What you'll be doing

Partner with business units on HR matters, including recruitment, development, and engagement
Execute HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
Build trust with employees through regular engagement and feedback sessions
Manage internship and sponsorship programmes to support talent pipelines
Support staff engagement, wellness, and improvement initiatives
Participate in HR projects and organisational events as required

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or related studies

3 - 5 years of HRBP experience, preferably in healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with HR policies, practices, and local employment regulations
