Business Development Director, APAC will identify and develop new business opportunities for Vantage within the AI infrastructure ecosystem—focusing on foundational model developers, GPUaaS providers, OEMs, and hyperscalers. This role will drive early leasing velocity by aligning Vantage’s data center capacity with customer demand and serve as the regional lead for AI ecosystem partnerships.

Essential Job Functions

• Build and manage strategic relationships with key AI infrastructure partners (e.g., NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic, Dell, AWS).
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of AI-native customers, GPUaaS providers, and OEM partners.
• Collaborate closely with regional sales, product, and technical teams to accelerate deal execution and capacity leasing.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for targeted customers and partners in the region.
• Build joint go-to-market initiatives with OEMs and hardware providers to unlock new customer opportunities.
• Represent Vantage at conferences, industry events, partner forums, and meetings with government or sovereign AI stakeholders (expected travel : 25–30%).
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, policy trends, and customer demand to inform global strategy.
• Ensure alignment of Vantage’s offerings with customer requirements, escalating feedback to leadership and product teams.
