Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Dental Assistant (1 position available)
Contract Duration: 3 months (convertible to permanent)
Salary: $2,100/month (no experience required) , Experience up $2,700/month
Post-Conversion Salary: Possible increase of $0 to $200, plus a clinic incentive of approximately 10% of basic salary.

Job Description:

• Assist the dentist during treatments and procedures.
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment.
• Take and develop X-rays (if required).
• Prepare patients and provide post-treatment care instructions.
• Manage patient appointments and maintain records.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and stock dental supplies.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required.
