Job descriptionProviding IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap. This includes driving IT digitalization initiatives, identifying suitable technology and translate them into viable IT Digital implementation. Serving as the key business contact representing IT in designing IT strategy / digitalization to improve business outcomes Spearhead transformative projects in our retail and e-commerce spaces, from defining technology roadmaps to driving innovative AI solutions that enhance productivity and business operations. Design and implement a seamless omni-channel customer experience by leading feasibility assessments and partnering with Group Technology on technical designs. Oversee the technical health of our e-commerce platforms and enhance our retail support services to improve efficiency and incident response times. Leading IT project implementation, milestone planning, risk management and etc Planning and managing IT budget (Capex and Opex) Champion a robust cybersecurity posture by managing network security, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (PDPA), and proactively managing risk in line with our group framework

Your role involves :
Skills and experience required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 8+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms, modern POS systems, and integrated omni-channel solutions. Proven track record in IT strategy is required for this role. You would have at least 5 years of experience managing a team as an overall Head of IT
