Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Engineer in Singapore to keep our mission-critical systems stable, secure, and high-performing. You’ll monitor and support production environments, manage incidents, handle deployments, and mentor junior engineers while working closely with hosting partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health, manage incidents, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Run daily operations (batch jobs, file transfers, housekeeping, user management).
• Deploy applications, patches, and upgrades in production.
• Produce RCA and SLA reports; improve operational processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and join customer meetings on operational matters.
