Senior / Building Executive (Commercial Building)

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Senior / Building Executive to assist their Building team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible. The Senior / Building Executive is responsible for :

Duties

• Building Inspections & Maintenance : Conduct daily inspections, address issues, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal building conditions.
• Facilities & Contractor Management : Oversee security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and building systems while ensuring contractors meet service standards.
• Fire & Safety Compliance : Act as a CERT member, conduct fire system inspections, and execute fire drills.
• Stakeholder & Tenant Engagement : Maintain strong tenant relationships, handle feedback, and coordinate improvement works with relevant authorities.
• Budget & Procurement Oversight : Assist in budgeting, manage contracts, and ensure proper record-keeping for building operations.
