• Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions
• Architect fullstack systems with a focus on scalability and performance
• Design and review secure, reliable APIs
• Champion DevSecOps practices and secure coding throughout development
• Oversee CI / CD setup and ensure quality assurance integration
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and infrastructure engineers
• Ensure cloud best practices (AWS / Azure) are applied to deployments
• Deliver systems integrating with Singpass, Corppass, and public sector standards
• Support project planning, estimations, and risk management
