Retail Assistant
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquires and
recommendations.
Manage sales transactions, process payments and handle returns / exchanges.Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organizing new stock.Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.Maintain a clean, organized and inviting store environment.Provide support with any administrative tasks.Assist with online orders and packaging.Terms and Requirements :
Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindsetBasic computer skills for operating the POS systemAble to work in retail operation timing including weekends, Public HolidaysEnthusiastic about working with children, stationary and creative productsBenefit and Welfare
