Roles & Responsibilities

Retail Assistant

Job Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquires and

recommendations.

  • Manage sales transactions, process payments and handle returns / exchanges.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organizing new stock.
  • Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
  • Provide support with any administrative tasks.
  • Assist with online orders and packaging.
  • Terms and Requirements :

  • Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer skills for operating the POS system
  • Able to work in retail operation timing including weekends, Public Holidays
  • Enthusiastic about working with children, stationary and creative products
