API SIFE

certification or a combination of

CSWIP 3.1 + API 570

at least 6 years of hands‑on experience

in the oil & gas industry, specifically in

Well Head equipment

and

vendor quality surveillance

• . Key Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and quality surveillance of Well Head equipment at vendor locations. Review and approve Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Control Procedures (QCPs), and other technical documents. Ensure compliance with international standards such as API, ASME, and client-specific specifications. Perform visual and non-destructive testing (NDT) as per project requirements. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of equipment. Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain documentation for audits and client review. Participate in source inspection planning and execution as per API guidelines. Support engineering and procurement teams in resolving quality-related issues. Required Qualifications

6 years

in QA / QC roles within the oil & gas sector Proven experience with

Well Head equipment

inspection Strong exposure to

vendor management and inspection coordination Technical Skills

Familiarity with NDT methods (RT, UT, PT, MT) Knowledge of standards : API, ASME B31.3, AWS D1.1, etc. Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and P&IDs Soft Skills : Strong communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Preferred

Experience with major oil & gas clients or EPC contractors Familiarity with Saudi Aramco or PDO specifications ASNT Level II certifications (optional but advantageous) Seniority level
