We are an architectural firm established since 1991 and our firm is committed to the pursuit of design excellence, professional integrity and personalised service to our clients. We specialise in Architecture and Interior Design, across a broad range of both private and government sectors including Commercial, Residential, Civic & Institutional, Parks, Health Care and Nursing Care projects.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Executive to join our team to lead project teams through all stages of design and delivery, drive project execution, technical coordination and supports team development.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the QP in managing full project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
- Prepare, review, and update architectural drawings, details, and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure design integration and compliance.
- Liaise with authorities (e.g. URA, BCA, SCDF) for submissions, approvals, and clearances.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent.
- Manage document control : drawings, reports, submissions, approvals, and correspondences.
- Provide technical support, resolve design and construction issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and guide them in design, documentation, and compliance matters.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by the office
Requirements
Master in Architecture or Degree in Architecture from a university recognised by BOAMinimum 5 years relevant experienceProficient in AutoCad & BIM RevitStrong knowledge of local building regulations, codes and authority submission proceduresWell-versed with Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Powerpoint, etc.Pro-active and able to work as a team and independentlyAbility to multi-task, self-motivate with good time management skillsWilling to learn and responsible with a positive work attitudeOther Details
