L2 Systems and Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide onsite Systems and Network support to clients on daily operations.
• Manage and resolve daily raised tickets on the floor.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Operating System platform with Microsoft Exchange support.
• Provide Wide Area Network support including the ability to manage and troubleshoot problems on Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Printers etc.
• Provide daily service reports at the client's site upon work completion.
• To provide / update Systems and Network Audit documentation.
• To provide recommendations to clients' network infrastructure on upgrades or tech refresh based on documentation compilation.
