Job Overview
The successful candidate will lead the organization's global procurement and supply chain operations, driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and capabilities.
This is a key leadership role that requires expertise in should-cost analysis, TCO modelling, make-vs-buy and scenario planning, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the global direct procurement supply chain center, including cost-saving target breakdown and tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish global supply chain capabilities and drive the implementation of related strategic initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply-Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related discipline; MBA or master's preferredExpertise in should-cost analysis, TCO modelling, make-vs-buy and scenario planningChange-agent mindset with success embedding compliance, ESG and risk-mitigation controls into operating proceduresFluent English and ability to negotiate at executive level and align diverse functions (R&D, Finance, Legal, Ops)Skills Highlighted by Candidates
