Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned industry sectors.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet client requirements.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes for candidates.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
