Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant / Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale security systems projects. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of proven project management experience in integrated security solutions and holds a valid PMP certification. You will manage multi‑million‑dollar projects, working with diverse stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution from planning to handover.

• Lead end‑to‑end project management of large‑scale security systems (e.g., access control, surveillance, command centres, integrated solutions).
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety requirements.
• Provide clear communication and regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
• Assist in engineering system design, implementation, integration, testing and commissioning of ICT projects.
• Responsible for ICT projects system installation and deployment, checkout, integration, testing and documentation to meet project milestones.
• Manage vendors and internal line of business to ensure timely and quality delivery to project.
• Sites coordination and supervision during project implementation according to design.
• Report to Program Director and other stakeholders on project technical progress.
