Job descriptionA Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-School Education – Leadership / Training (DPE-L / T) or equivalent, accredited by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA). Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Pre-School Centers. Proven leadership experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and lead initiatives for the professional growth of educators.
- Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that nurtures both cognitive and emotional development.
- Ensure the Center’s curricula and programs align with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
- Strengthen and uphold the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
