Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, organization, and security of the warehouse.
- Plan and organize storage layout for safe and efficient stock management.
- Ensure accurate and timely stock records, conduct periodic stock takes and inventory checks.
- Monitor stock management procedures, including clear labelling and safe storage of items.
- Assist in transport scheduling and vendor coordination (land and sea).
- Take over logistics planning and coordination when required.
- Communicate with internal teams to meet material and logistics needs.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
Requirements :
Diploma qualification with 2–3 years of relevant warehouse and logistics experience (marine industry experience is an advantage).Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).Good leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide staff.Strong organizational and communication skills.Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.Able to work well under pressure and adapt to challenges.Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please kindly email an updated copy of your resume to : gs1@talenttradersg.com
